Dr. Oh is a graduate of Emory University and The Dental College of Georgia. She is a Georgia native and excited to continue serving her patients with gentle, compassionate, and high-quality dental care in McDonough. Dr. Oh is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She also volunteers through Special Olympics of Georgia and Georgia Mission of Mercy.
During her free time, Dr. Oh enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and going on hikes with her dogs.
Dr. Frank received his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. While at the University of Pennsylvania he received a scholarship to the Graduate School of Education, where he earned an MSEd in higher education.
As part of his training, Dr. Frank holds active membership with multiple organizations that focus on improving both clinical and care standards. He is actively involved in the community and believes that the connection between a dentist and patient is more about overall health then just healthy teeth.
In his free time, Dr. Frank enjoys almost all sports, including football, tennis and golf. Most importantly, Dr. Frank loves spending time with his wife and family.
Dr. Toub completed his undergraduate studies at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. He continued his academic career at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his DMD degree. His unique vision of dentistry led him to pursue and complete his Masters of Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Medicine.
Dr. Toub followed his training with a General Practice Residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, where he completed training in advanced dental implantology, cosmetic dentistry and IV conscious sedation. His ability to offer sedation dentistry provides his patients with a more peaceful and relaxing experience.
Dr. Toub is affiliated with the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Toub enjoys traveling, playing sports and spending time with his family.
Dr. Devon Watson completed her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She attended the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Watson then practiced general dentistry in the Atlanta area but ultimately decided that endodontics was her passion. She completed her post-doctorate endodontics degree from Georgia Regents University in Augusta, Georgia. Her research on calcium aluminosilicate cements has been published in the Scientific Reports journal.
Dr. Watson is board eligible and is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontics and the Georgia Association of Endodontists. She is committed to continued education to offer the latest technological and clinical advancements to her patients. Dr. Watson is dedicated to providing the highest quality endodontic treatment while focusing on alleviating her patients’ pain and fear.
She is pleased to serve back home in Atlanta and enjoys running, cooking, watching movies, reading and spending quality time with friends and family.
Dr. Shahriari completed his undergraduate training at Emory University with a BS in biology. After receiving his Masters in Public Health from Emory University in Epidemiology and International Health, Dr. Shahriari worked for the CDC for three years. He also served as a consultant to the World Health Organization for eradication of the polio virus in Bihar, India. He received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania with multiple awards for his research and volunteer work in Songea, Tanzania. He received his specialty certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery from Emory University.
As a result of his extensive research and academic interests, Dr. Shahriari has presented multiple articles at national and international meetings. He is actively engaged in research projects involving different aspects of maxillofacial surgery. He speaks three languages (English, Spanish and Persian) and believes that the most important and rewarding part of his work is the care of his patients. His philosophy is to approach treatment through the perspective of the patient, emphasizing that good communication is essential for exceptional care and a trusting, long-lasting relationship.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Shahriari enjoys traveling, swimming and losing ping pong matches to Dr. Toub. Most importantly, Dr. Shahriari enjoys spending time with his family.
Dr. Ajay Ganti is a dual degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon who practices full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Ganti earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine. He then matriculated into the Emory University School of Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD). Dr. Ganti completed his surgical residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University Hospital, with advanced training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery and reconstructive surgery. In addition, he completed a General Surgery internship within the Emory University Department of Surgery.
After residency, he completed a fellowship with internationally renowned surgeon, Dr. Pat Ricalde. Under her mentorship and guidance, Dr. Ganti received advanced training in the management of patients with craniofacial deformities, cleft lip, and cleft palate. His passion to provide care to those who are less fortunate has led him to mission trips to Jamaica and Bangladesh. Dr. Ganti has hospital staff privileges at Gwinnett Medical Center and Northside Hospital.
Out of the office, Dr. Ganti enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, running, playing golf and tennis.
Dr. Donald Mardis brings more than two decades of experience to the practice, including serving as an assistant officer in the United States Navy Dental Corps for six years. During his time in the Navy, Dr. Mardis was part of a team that cared for the dental needs of approximately 11,000 officers and enlisted personnel. He was awarded with a Naval Commendation Medal at the conclusion of his tour.
In addition to his experience as a general dentist, Dr. Mardis has completed training in specialty areas such as dental sleep medicine and implant treatment planning and restorative options. He earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Salvador was born in New York City and moved to Atlanta, GA shortly after where he has called it home ever since. He is a product of a great public school education system attending Garden Hills Elementary, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School graduating in 1997 and attending Georgia State University we he earned his Bachelors of Science in 2001 and his Masters of Science in 2005.
He attended Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2011. After graduating dental school he became a Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy where he served four years of active duty touring in Great Lakes, Illinois and Norfolk, Virginia.
In 2009 he married his wife a long time close friend from college and together they have two energetic boys and one of the way. In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
Three of Dr. Posey’s biggest motivations are his passion for learning, drive to succeed, and making a significant difference in the lives of others. Dr. Posey realizes that one’s life can only be made worthy through service to others. This is why nothing Dr. Posey does gets less than 100% effort, including the effort he puts toward making sure every patient is satisfied!
Dr. Posey graduated with honors from Gilmer High School in Ellijay Georgia. He then attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. During his time at Berry he was class treasurer, earned the US Presidential Volunteer Service Award, and presented various research on Chagas disease. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia in 2014.
Dr Posey broadens his skill level with yearly continuing education classes, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
In his spare time, Dr. Posey enjoys reading, traveling and gym time.
Dr. Lola Colbert was born in New York, New York, but grew up in Brooklyn and Long Island, New York. She attended Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Colbert then attended Dental School at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. In 2004, she completed a General Practice Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in Bronx, New York. While there she completed rotations in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Hospital Dentistry, Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Pediatric Dentistry and Endodontics.
Dr. Colbert believes in the importance of serving the community. She has volunteered her time working with senior community centers and preparing meals for the Meals-on-Wheels program. She has also worked with the Baptist Mobile Health Ministry to provide free dental care to underserved populations.
Dr. Colbert has been practicing dentistry in the Greater Atlanta area since 2004. She continues to attend yearly continuing education classes. Outside of the office, she spends her time with her family and friends, dining out, working out and traveling.
